Technology
Toe-In Tracks
With patent pending toe-in main tracks, our robots drive straighter and turn easier at high speeds. With the Avatar, robot operators no longer have problems such as drifting or over steer. Depending on your requirements, non-parallel main tracks are adjustable with between 1 and 5 degrees of toe-in.
300 Degree Rotation
With 300 degree flipper rotation our Avatars are able to navigate varying terrain more efficiently. It also provides improved obstacle climbing and the capability to self-right if upside down.
Track Retention System
Our patent pending track retention systems provide precise track guidance and secure holding. The main and flipper tracks are kept in place by the combination of an internal guide and external guides. Our Avatar robots NEVER lose a track during operation.
Debris Removal
Our patent pending debris removal technology allows our Avatar robots to operate in all environments, including sand, grass, rocks, gravel and mud. No matter the terrain, the track system will perform by either passing debris through the wheel and track, or ejecting it. Even in the worst of conditions, the Avatar will maintain mobility.
